Hi, I'm Bel.
I live in Staffordshire with my husband and son, originally from Australia and 24 years into calling the UK home.
My working life has never followed a straight line, retail, management, my own businesses, and now coaching and wellbeing. I've never believed in one fixed path or one version of yourself for life. We change, life shapes us, and I think that's something worth working with rather than against.
A lot of what drives my work came from my own journey. A car accident that required brain surgery, a knee injury that left me unable to walk properly for six months, and later a fibromyalgia diagnosis that brought chronic pain, brain fog and a nervous system that was running on empty. That experience pulled me deep into understanding the connection between stress, emotions, unprocessed experiences and physical health, and eventually led me to study Life Coaching, NLP, Trauma-Aware Practice and Nutritional Therapy.
Through my own path, the learnings, the hard work and a fair amount of tenacity, I've been able to make significant changes that have thankfully led to placing fibromyalgia into remission. It's taught me more than any qualification could about what's possible when we understand ourselves a little better. That understanding is what shapes everything I do, both in my personal coaching work and beyond.
Alongside my personal coaching work, I also co-run Integral Workplace Wellness, supporting organisations with staff wellbeing, mental health training and emotional wellbeing.
